  Wow! Came to this KFC on June 16th, 2026 after a day with my wife at the Museum. I had the best Big Crunch sandwich I've ever had from a KFC. The sandwich I got from this location was made fresh and whoever made my sandwich put the perfect amount of mayo and lettuce. It tasted so damn good! I'm from Toronto and have had a lot of Big Crunch sandwiches from many KFC's. Who would have thought that the best one I ever had in my life would come out of Drumheller, Alberta! Great job you guys and keep up the great work 😁

  My first impulse was to trash this place mercilessly, but the more I thought about it, it seems like a step in the right direction; streamlining service with reduced staff and cutting back on the frills. KFC chicken has become too expensive in recent years, and cutting operating costs seems to be the solution. No one taking orders up front; ordering from kiosk only, just minimal staff preparing orders in the back. I was miffed at the lack of a sink in the washroom, particularly undesirable for finger food, but then I noticed the communal sink in the common space. All condiments and napkins are self-serve, but nothing too onerous. The best thing is that the prices are now a bit more bearable.
