    Honestly, our visit to Dairy Queen in Drumheller the other day was really disappointing. The customer service we got from Liway was not good at all. She came across very rude and unfriendly right from the start. We were just trying to place a simple order, but the way she spoke to us felt cold and unwelcoming. It honestly made the whole experience uncomfortable. You expect at least a bit of kindness when ordering, but it felt like we were bothering her just by being there. Not a great experience, and definitely not the kind of service you’d hope for.
