  The Colonel Sanders would roll over in his grave if he saw what took place and the quality of the chicken! I go in and ask if the $20.00 chicken special is on ,he says wait a minute I’ll ask if we have any chicken left. Now this is Sat at 600 o’clock , the cook says yes so I order extra crispy ! No no extra crispy chicken left.Bring it home and I thought they dipped the chicken in water it was soggy! I have had the Colonel Chicken at other places and it was great, so I hope the Manager slash owner or Corporate can resolve some issues at this Drayton Valley location. Good luck

  KFC has decided that their customers should take care of their own orders without the personal assistance of a live person. It's all automated now while the actual live emoyees stay in the background .. doing who knows what. Or perhaps some simply got laid off because the customers are doing their job now. Frustrating. I left without purchasing a meal
