  My friends pizza had a black piece of plastic instead of an olive I’m very sad Becausr I am very grossed out but I had a great time

  I found a piece of plastic in my pizza, like a large black chunk. It was also warm which demonstrates evidence that it was placed in the oven so the plastic was inside my pizza not on top but in the interior. I didn’t even get a refund or discount I don’t really care about it’s pretty gross.

  We ordered a medium pizza last night for pick up and when we got home, something immediately seemed off about it. The shape of the pizza looked uneven, and after taking a closer look, it appeared that a small slice had been removed from it—exactly like those videos you see online where someone sneaks a piece before delivery. I called the store right away and spoke with someone who identified himself as Naman (although I’m not sure that was actually his name). I explained what I had found, and his response was essentially, “I don’t think so, but you can come back and I’ll make you a new pizza or give you a 30% discount.” That response didn’t inspire much confidence. The issue isn’t the discount—it’s that the pizza appeared to have been tampered with before it was given to us. We regularly receive our pizzas from this location with a sealed box, but this time there was no seal and the box was slightly open. After noticing the missing piece, that suddenly made a lot more sense. What kind of business thinks a customer won’t notice part of their pizza is missing? If an employee wants a slice, make a pizza for yourself—don’t take it from a customer’s order. What’s especially disappointing is that this was our third time ordering from this location in a single week. We were becoming regular customers and had been enjoying the food. Unfortunately, after this experience, we won’t be returning.

  Ordered through Uber but got wrong pizza, ordered 2 med reg crust cheese pizzas but received 2 small gluten free instead??? Also everything was stone cold.
