  This McDonald's seems to have trouble getting things out in a timely fashion. Doesn't matter what time of day you go you will be waiting. This morning we wanted to get a quick breakfast before work and placed an online order. We then waited 5min just at the order board. Then we were told to go to the second window. More waiting, then was sent to wait at the front of the restaurant. After waiting for at least another 6-8min I went in to then see them giving food out the drive through window. they completely forgot about our order. When I could finally flag down a worker they made our order. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. If managers are reading these Google reviews, please do something to help train your staff properly. This was just simply unacceptable.

  I rarely go through the drive-thru without there being an error with my order. Nine times out of ten, there will always be something missing from my order and I effectively end up paying for something that I never get. I also heard from a few locals that this is apparently a deliberate practice by a few of the staff so they can keep the food for themselves. I obviously cannot verify this, but I have heard this from enough local residents to warrant some suspicion. Senior Management or even McDonald's themselves really need to start working on eradicating this practice, making sure staff are trained on getting the orders correct, and not wasting customers' time and money. I would recommend driving a few extra kilometers and visiting the McDonald's in Downtown Cochrane until this location fixes its long-time problems and systemic errors.

  Worst experience ever… No one in the lineup… But it still took over 10 minutes to receive an order they got wrong… Ordered egg McMuffins and they had no ham in it… Had to drive back in reverse through the drive-through because we think they forgot about us.. Coffee tasted like water… Are they refusing their coffee grinds? Avoid at all cost.!

  This is the absolute worst McDonald’s, ample opportunity and time for them to get their act together over the years. This is the last time I will be waiting at the third window for a McChicken combo. 9/10 times, this is the story. No line up, no breakfast/lunch/dinner rush, yet I still end up waiting 10-25 minutes for a one person food order. Every. Time. This is supposed to be fast food drive-thru, I get served appetizers and full entrees at sit down restaurants quicker than this. If you’re a local, spend the extra five minutes going into town to the other location. If you’re passing through, keep passing and hit up a location elsewhere.

  I don't know what happened to this location, because when they opened they were great. They're terrible now. Everything takes way too long. Today we ordered for pickup online at 12:20pm. Arrived at 12:30. By 12:55 I left the pickup parking spot with my kid to get the food inside. This always happens. Do not order chicken of any kind unless you want to wait for your order for half an hour. It will likely be cold, because they'll leave it out for half that time and then claim they don't have the staff to deliver it to tables/your car. The last time we went, we got an entirely different order, and i had to go back and have it remade. I wouldn't come here at all, but my kid loves chicken nuggets and it often ends up being a reward for him. If you're looking for fast food, this isn't worth your time. There's no guarantees you'll get what you actually ordered anyway. Avoid this location.
