    Was okay for the most part however the manager is rude and the atmosphere is definitely not welcoming at all. Food is okay and definitely average for mcdonalds but that’s alright. The staff themselves are pretty ok but the manager is very unwelcoming. 2 stars.

    What a beautiful town in Alberta too bad the McDonald's here has horrible customer service and when they make the orders wrong like they did for me today they have attitude like it's my fault and it's my problem you can't even get a simple hamburgers correct when I have to come back and waste my time and my gas you give me attitude trust me you will never ever see my business again

    Holy crap the van chai fraps are the freaking best thing I've ever had. WILL COME AGAIN. And excellent customer service

    This branch in most of our orders has errors or delays. Tolerance has completely gone today. I continued supporting it for the youth that work there. Today was the limit. Breakfast ordered online at 1045am, and triggered for the order to start for drive thru. After waiting on line from 11am, staff at till window 1 said she couldn't see my order. Window 2 couldn't find it either started scrambling. 1110am they asked me what I ordered so i showed the order on app, on the receipt. They said to pull up and a said " of you ordered breakfast past 11 so we couldn't see it and it takes time". I was surprised at the response and said no it was placed at 1049am. "Well it will take time you need to pull up there' there". I parked and found the order was marked collected on my app. 1126am I decided to go in and ask Senior staff at front so I explained and asked why is this order taking so long. He said 'no you ordered breakfast after 11am, i checked and it was put through at 1110. So it takes long'. I showed him my order details and explained once more. Told him or said collected too which is bizarre. He looked blank, didn't get the message. While talking with him, eventually I saw a staff passing to food to my daughter in the car. This was now after 1135, from 1039. I went to check the food and they didn't have the drink for the meals. I went back in and explained. He said ' everything is right with the food? Anything wrong? ' after trying to explain the drink was missing he again asked what's was in the order. So we were went through the order on the app one by one and after he went to get the drink. 'All ok now right? ". I gave up and said "I'm trying to explain to you that it's taken your team 40mins to get food and ave been waiting for so so long. ' He says 'Oh wait here please" ... and comes back with 2 coupons for burgers. I left him with his coupons saying I don't need anything from you. Just don't understand how it can take so long to figure this out. Little do they notice other customers are witnessing this unprofessionalism. I don't need coupons, I've paid for my order. Extremely insensitive folks and it's always the customer's fault in this place. I've had senior staff argue here with me in the past when I've just sat and started at them so that they listen to themselves. Climax... one of the order for the chicken sandwich was loaded with cheese, butter and sauce when the sticker clearly said NO in the order. At least I managed to get my drink for the other meal after having to explain myself. Stop and reset please with this branch.

    I had a problem with the McDonald’s app - the McDonald’s order taker was fantastic! Found a workaround to get me through the drive through! Thanks so much!
