  RACIST and completely unprofessional behavior. HR seriously needs to investigate the older white male manager working there. He made me and my boyfriend feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome from the moment we interacted with him. We ordered ONE McVeggie burger and were told it would take 10 minutes. We waited over 15 minutes with zero updates, so I called the store to ask how much longer it would be. The manager then told us it would be ANOTHER 15 minutes. So 30+ minutes for a single burger? That’s beyond ridiculous. We went back through the drive-thru to ask for a refund because our time was completely wasted, and instead of refunding us properly, he charged us AGAIN. On top of that, he refused to even speak to us properly or acknowledge the mistake. When my boyfriend said they wasted our time, the manager and the workers just ignored us like we didn’t matter. The attitude, disrespect, and treatment we received felt blatantly racist. Racism in 2026 is disgusting and unacceptable. Nobody should be made to feel unwelcome because of how they look. That manager should not be working in customer service if he cannot treat people with basic respect.

  This mcdonalds drive thru misses something in the bag nearly every occasion! Make sure you check your bag before leaving the drive thru window and make sure you have received everything you paid for because otherwise you might get home to an unfortunate surprise!

Audrey's command of English is limited. So we were charged two times $ .70 for water. OMGoodness, please employ people who are able to communicate.

WHAT HAS SOCIETY GONE TO WHERE WE AREN'T SUPPORTING LOCAL STARS SUCH AS EMCEE HIM MYSELF!!!!! MCDONALDS COCHRANE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CELEBRITIES HIT ME UP I GOT SOME PLANS FOR MY MEAL.
