  A very unusual place , not the normal open plan, lively , staff visible MD's. Staff busy around a back area - not the most welcoming place at all. Food, a spicy veggie burger was ok. Fries pretty much inedible because of huge amount of salt. I would have taken them back but I was already far up the highway before opening them up. Coffee decent. Staff friendly when they appeared. I won't be going back to this location. Especially when there's an A&W just up the road, or Tim's.

  Awful drive through., I do the 'three strikes your out' rule, and thats it, im done with you. No point in having one if I haft to go inside everytime to get my order fixed.

  The only reason I gave a 1 star review is I can’t post a 0 star one. Make an order through the app, load up my toddler in her car seat and 2 other kids and drive across town. They forget my daughter’s meal and I have to do it all again. By then all the other food is stone cold. They are so concerned with rushing through the order they don’t stop to make sure they actually finish it before giving it out the window

  Every dame time when you order on line or going in to order. They never pay attention to a simple order and always never give you what had ordered. You pay extra $$$$ for add ons or extra chicken sauce or which ever and they never ever pay attention. You talk to the manager there and they seem like they don’t give a shit what the customer’s complaints is or FIX the problem. Like come on Claresholm McDonald’s. Figure it out, you guys have been here for sometime now. Train your staff little better on reading orders and stop messing up on peoples orders. Stop wasting people’s money.

  Whoever was the young kid working the driving through at 9:48am on April 18, 2026 was great. Clear and easy to communicate with, friendly and polite, and seemed to have a really really great attitude. I often driving highway 2 looking for a place to eat while driving Calgary to Lethbridge and I’ll stop here more often for the service this young man provided. Wait time was the only reason it wasn’t five stars, but the simple interaction I had with this young man was legitimately worth the wait.
