- ACAngele CharestJul 1, 20261.0Don’t , even waste your time stopping here… I live in the community so it’s disappointing. I’ll have to drive into Calgary to get Dairy Queen moving forward.. I ordered the same thing. Every time today was the third time I tried ordering thinking possibly different people would yield different results small hot fudge sundae with extra peanuts…. So only a quarter of the Sunday had fudge on it, but the surprising part was the $1.07 extra that they charge me for the peanuts and I only had six peanuts and I’m not exaggerating six peanuts on the whole thing and they were on the other side where there was no fudge😂 Needless to say, I returned it. I asked them at the counter what I paid $1.07 for and the lady simply said sorry about that. I didn’t ask for an apology though I asked what did I pay the dollar seven for because I didn’t even get the regular amount of peanuts for when you order peanuts let alone the extra peanuts for the Extra $1.07 they charge me. If you’re driving through Chestermere, don’t bother stopping here go to any other ice cream place. There’s one by the Tim Hortons…. The attitude and culture at this location in providing minimum service minimum quality and cheating out on toppings is just beyond normal. The manager is the one who made my ice cream. That’s the disappointing part. I’m assuming she’s part owner, saving on the fudge and peanuts.😂

Don’t just randomly throw me a couple packs of ketchup. Smarten up.

The food was barely warm, which tells me it had been sitting for too long, and the ice-cream was so soft they couldn't flip it for the iconic DQ test. And lastly, the English was so bad it was nearly impossible to understand them.

Both blizzards were not mixed. The bottom half of both blizzards were just ice cream. Worst dairy queen blizzards we have ever had. Make the drive into the city and avoid this location all together.
