    Playplace was a hit, very clean and they had colouring sheets and crayons out for the kids too, greatly appreciated.

    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a severe customer service issue that occurred at your restaurant today. My family ordered a breakfast sandwich for my child, which unfortunately arrived with spicy mayo on it. When I approached the counter to kindly and simply request a replacement, I was met with immediate hostility from the employee working the front counter. Despite my polite approach, she began shouting loudly across the kitchen for the entire restaurant to hear, aggressively claiming that I was "mad" and had failed to specify the order beforehand. This unprofessional and public outburst was entirely unacceptable. Rather than resolving a simple order issue politely, your employee chose to publicly humiliate a customer and escalate a routine request into a scene. The audacity of her behavior completely ruined our dining experience to the point where I was too upset to even touch my own food. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect, not faced with hostility and shouting from your staff. I trust that management will address this individual's behavior immediately, and I look forward to hearing how you intend to rectify this situation. Sincerely, Kimae Notland

    Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I've had at this McDonald's. I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder and found that one patty appeared properly cooked while the other was dark red straight through the middle. The difference between the two patties was obvious. I understand that mistakes can happen in a busy restaurant, but serving a burger in that condition is unacceptable.
