  Normally I don’t give reviews, but this experience was so bad I had to! The girl that took our order didn’t even listen to what we wanted. I ordered 2 keels and my sister in law ordered 3 pcs of chicken 1 of which she wanted a keel. My husband ordered a 3 pce meal and upgraded one pce to a keel. We got 2 3pce meals & 1 2pce meal. Neither my sister nor I got keels 🤷‍♀️ When we tried to get it corrected we were told they didn’t have any keels 🤦‍♀️ why weren’t we told that when we ordered? Because she obviously didn’t bother to listen to what we ordered, had we known that we wouldn’t have even stayed because to start with they only had coleslaw, no macaroni or potato salad. The only good thing about it was the pop, 2 of which we didn’t even want or ordered!! The chicken was greasy & the fries were tough. It was disgusting!!

  I enjoyed my dinner at KFC. Every time I come here, the food is consistently good and always worth recommending. This time, I was especially impressed by Alex. He was friendly, courteous, and provided excellent customer service. Keep up the great work😊

  I ordered online at 4:13pm for my order to be ready to pick up by 5pm on Jine 24th 2026. I ordered a 14 piece meal with 4 large sides. My sides were fries, gravy, macaroni salad and coleslaw. My total was $58.79. About 10 minutes after I placed my order I got a call saying they had absolutely no macaroni salad in the building. So I was fine and asked for 2 coleslaw instead. I ended up getting to the resturant at 5:15 because of traffic. When I get there I wait for the worker to be not busy so I can get my order. When I say I am there to pick up an order for Ashley. I then get handed my 2 coleslaw and told to have a nice day. I then said "excuse me but where is the rest of my order?" The worker looked extremely confused abd lost and said "rest of your order? I think that is all you ordered". I then told the worker "I didn't pay 58 dollars for 2 large coleslaw". Looking extremely lost and confused yet again he goes to the kitchen and asks if I have anymore to my order. He then comes back and says "Sorry about that we are preparing it for you now". I then said "I had ordered it over an hour ago by this point what do you mean you are preparing it now?" He just apologized said "we have been really swamped sorry" then went to help other customers. Finally about 25 minutes of standing there I got my order. My order that I had ordered at 4:13pm. I didn't leave the KFC until 5:40pm. I am extremely unhappy and actually disgusted by how I was treated and how my order was handled last night. I will also be putting in a complaint with head office. I pay almost 60 dollars and get handed 2 coleslaw and told to have a nice day? I will be advising everyone i work with as well as anyone i see to actively avoid this location.

  Waiting for 15 minutes for food then was told that they had no chicken ready that it would be another seven minute wait but first they said that they had too many orders as why it was taken too long and there was only us and one other person in the whole restaurant then called me up again to tell me that they made mistake and they had no big crunch made. The other 1 customer in store was also told to wait another 7 minutes for her chicken tenders.

  Its KFC. Its good. But we do the boneless bucket or the tender bucket with extra popcorn chicken fries gravy and coleslaw. Love their tenders so goooood!!!!
