  I waited approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes for my order, only to find that several items were missing. Specifically, I did not receive my 6-piece wings, and 5 wings were missing from my 10-piece combo. Given the long wait time and the amount I paid for the food, I am extremely disappointed with the service and the accuracy of my order. I would appreciate this issue being addressed promptly.

  I was on my way home and was hungry so I figured why not check out the new wingstop. Initially I had to wait in a line outside the building and inside. The wait times are long, though I expected that knowing that the place just opened up yesterday. Met my non-relative family, vibed to the in-house dj they had set up and got a couple drinks refills. Aside from the (currently) abysmal wait time, I would say it's an overall success. I got the 5pc tender combo with honey hot and garlic parm flavors that came with fries, dip (I got bleu cheese), and a drink. ~17$ The honey hot were pretty tasty and not overly spicey, the garlic parm were more flavorful and delicious, and the fries have a nice seasoning. The sauce just enhances those flavors Overall I'd give it 4.5 stars, would recommend

  I’ve always been a fan of wingstop when I go to the states so I had to come on opening day here in Calgary. After 4 hours of waiting in line and 1.5 hours of waiting after I’ve ordered my food…. I took my wings home to find out that they were pink in the middle. Not just one wing but multiple wings. I also asked for my voodoo fries to be “well done” knowing I had a long drive home and they seemed as soggy as ever. I understand it was a hectic opening day, but the quality I experienced has stunted my excitement for a nothing trip to my favourite wing stop.

  We went on grand opening day, it was definitely a long wait but totally worth it. Staff and everyone there was super kind and understanding, we had a problem with drinks and they fixed it for us right away love the service. As well as the atmosphere I really like how they designed this place but also the DJ playing music for us was just top tier. I will never hate wingstop 😋

  Waited 5 hours for this BS. They let barely anyone in because of the “people limit” yet was allowing people to sit in there for hours. Ridiculous. Acting like this is some sort of 5 star restaurant and not a fast food place. Get it together wingstop.
