Extra bonus they are super cautious about cross contamination of gluten due to an allergy (separate fryer, gluten free food always severe on a separate tray), we’ve never had an issue with any of the food. Burger Priest has quickly become our new favorite burger spot!!!

We wanted to give it another try to ensure we hadn't just visited on an off day. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The burger was lukewarm at best, and the hot dog was cool to the touch. Based on our wait time for both visits, this is unacceptable, especially considering we were the only dine-in guests.

Like EXTREMELY dirty, the washroom gave me the huge ick. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned since opening the floors, walls are caked in dirt it's disgusting. My burger was quite pink through yesterday and trying to ask for anything is like pulling teeth they just ignore you and they weren't even busy one other family. This place truly needs a deep clean like today!!! If front end looks that way, I am so scared to see what the back looks like.

When I opened my burger, I was shocked to find only half a slice of cheese, one sad slice of tomato, a single thick pickle, and a bit of lettuce. To make matters worse, my "fries" were essentially just thick-cut onion slices instead of actual fries. I honestly feel cheated. I don’t know what happened to the quality control today, but this was far below the standard I’ve come to expect. It is incredibly discouraging to receive such a poor meal from a place I usually enjoy.
