  This is, unfortunately, the worst Thai Express location I have visited. The food is overpriced for the quality, and the customer service consistently falls well below what I expect from a national restaurant chain. Looking at the long history of customer reviews, it is clear that many of the same concerns have been raised for years, which should be a serious warning sign for the corporate office. A brand is only as strong as its weakest franchise, and this location is damaging the reputation that Thai Express has built elsewhere. I genuinely enjoy Thai food and want this brand to succeed, but meaningful improvements in food quality, service, and customer experience are long overdue. Please take these reviews seriously and help this franchise meet the standards your customers expect.

  I have had food from Thai Express at multiple locations and have always enjoyed it. However, the location in Market Mall was a huge disappointment. The food quality was poor, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. I have visited this location twice, hoping my first experience was just an exception, but unfortunately both visits were equally disappointing. The service lacked basic courtesy, and the overall experience was far below the standard I have come to expect from Thai Express.

  Got food poisoning after eating the beef pad see ew here. Not sure what happened to this location. Quality has gone down the drain. Won't be returning.

  What an awful experience. Employee advised me you’re out of basil - fine. I ask for a discount since technically I’m paying for something I’m not receiving. I’m told a flat out “no” Then I get home and realize I didn’t even get pineapple that I ORDERED AND PAID FOR. What the heck? The lady was rude as can be as well and uninterested. Food tasted like crap. Won’t be back.
