Pad thai was yummy, paid extra for a drink and an imperial roll, did not get my roll!! I waited extra time for it. They also have spring rolls on their menu which I asked for and he argued with me and kept pointing at his counter, which I could not see, mumbling annoyed like.... dude. Speak up and prepare stuff thats supposed to be on your menu and give me everything I paid for.

Staff is amazing! As someone who is unfamiliar with the menu, Anna was super helpful in simplifying the whole process and helped my husband and me order quickly, which we really appreciated.

The food is great, but apparently it’s 1995 and they still don’t accept Amex. Embarrassing for a business in 2026. Great Thai food, terrible payment options. Get with the times. I won’t be back until they accept Amex.

I tried the beef pad see ew today, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing compared with other Thai Express locations. The food was okay, but it didn’t meet the quality I’ve come to expect from the brand. What really stood out, though, was the fork provided. It was extremely uncomfortable and felt very cheap. I would genuinely encourage the owner and staff to try eating a full meal using the same type of fork provided to customers with one napkin. It would be helpful to experience firsthand how uncomfortable it is and how it affects the overall dining experience. Customers are paying for their meals, so the quality of basic items like utensils should also be taken seriously. I hope the location can improve these details and maintain the standards expected from the Thai Express brand. Thai Express — do you regularly audit your locations for food quality and customer experience? I hope you’ll take feedback like this seriously and address it before it affects the reputation of the brand. I’m sharing this feedback because I’d like to see the location improve.

This was the best Thai Express I have had in a long time! We stopped to grab food on a whim while shopping for a book today. The customer service was really a step above. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - and the food was SO good. I asked for spicy and it actually was! The veggies were fresh and the chicken was firm and plentiful. It may be fast food - but it was definitely restaurant dine in quality. I highly recommend.
