  Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. The lady taking my order was very kind and attentive. Large portions. I ate about half of my meal and walked back. The lady saw me and already had a box in hand with a smile. I had the pad see ew with shrimp and it was awesome.

  When I came here in the past the menu was confusing, and the cashiers couldn’t explain it well In english, but at noon today the young guy explained to me very well and was extremely patient with me! I was planning to tip however they don’t have a tip option through card. Honestly shocked to see many bad reviews, maybe this Is new hire

  Went in last night for dumplings, just a quick bite while I was there. Food was pretty standard, basically what you'd expect from a place like this, but man, the service was next-level bad. I stood in front of the register for like a solid minute waiting for the cashier to say something or even make eye contact. I literally never saw his eyes from under his hat the entire transaction, he just sort of stood there looking down with his arms crossed. At first I figured, he's probably looking at the register or waiting for the sales system to update or something, so I'll give him a sec. A minute goes by, I chime in, "Uh, can I order?" and then he shoots back "Uh yeah if you're ready". So I place my order, he sets up a tray and says "Take this over there" and points me further down the line. I wait 5 minutes, the food is ready, and then this dude makes me walk back over to the register to get it instead of going the extra 3 feet to bring it where it's supposed to go. It's not like it was even busy either, it was at like 7:30 at night. Was this dude baked or something? He literally never even looked at me once. Couldn't even see his eyes, his hat was covering them the entire time. Didn't acknowledge me at all when I walked up, like I wasn't even there. I've genuinely never seen anyone working any job ever who was more apathetic. It was almost cartoonish.

  Complete garbage service by this kid with an attitude. Super rude tone from the second I ordered. "What do you want", ordered my food and gave me attitude about picking a drink. Gave me a WET tray stuck to another tray. Gave me a drink with no straw. How does this guy have a job?

  The young boy working the till on August 10th was disrespectful beyond measure. My wife and I were struggling to decide what we wanted, when asked a few questions he started shouting at us. To the point where the lady behind us in line had to help us out and asked him to calm down. It was embarrassing, unnecessary, and down right rude.
