  Wondering how they manage their ordering system. Have been waiting for 40 mins without any notification while a lot of order behind me left with their order already. When I asked for checking my order, a guy was looking and took my bag of food out with an explaination 'the receipt has not printed out yet, that is the reason', while I saw the bag was ready and sitting there about 15 mins.

  Make sure to double check what they give you cause they messed my whole order up🥺 I asked for hot sauce, they say “it’s there” but it wasn’t 🥺 I asked for soft shell but got hard shell instead.. they also forgot my drink so I had to go back and ask for it myself.

  I’ve been going here almost every 3 days past 4 months I always order the same thing, for some reason it takes 25 minutes to make a simple 3 piece combo every time. Half of the front cashiers all have an attitude the food service is beyond slow and everyone that goes there regularly knows this. Someone from corporate must immediately review all the hires because at least 3 should get let go.Also the temperature in the store is either freezing or melting it’s either to cold to sit in and it’s uncomfortable. The bathroom sink is filthy honestly worst KFC I’ve been too in Calgary.

  Loud teens sitting behind me yelling in chinese banging on the seat. Food was mediocre even for fast food. I would expect the food to be hot. Tiny portion on those fries as well. Meh But friendly counter guy.

  Horrible experience. Gave a life long vegetarian a beef Crunchwrap. Replaced it but didn’t apologize or do anything to make giving beef to a vegetarian better. Unbelievable do better. Also waited more than 20 minutes for this order. I’m so disgusted and completely lost my appetite
