  Dinner was great, service was great. My beef is with the gift certificate offer. They advertise at front desk a free 1/4 chicken dinner with purchase of a $50 gift card. Great deal I thought! But no, the certificate is only valid July 1-31!! Whose brilliant idea was that? I was sold until I was informed of this needlessly restrictive date selection. Dumb idea. I’d have happily bought $100 -$150 worth of certificates if the accompanying “gift” had a reasonable time frame. That is not in the least bit reasonable.

  We came in to try the roast beef special they have going on. We were seated quickly and our server, Kyla, was right there to grab our drink orders and take our food order. She was very knowledgeable and helped with any and every question we had regarding sides and sizes. We will 100% come back and highly recommend the chicken and beef combo!

  Were ignored by our server for over 45 min she was serving all the other tables and was litteraly running from us. The manager wasn’t managing but hiding somewhere… Had to go ask for our meals and had the answer: the kitchen is overloaded right now (people arrived 30 min after us were served before us). No beverage refills, no dessert offered…. Never received the entire order we had to ask twice. And like if we were lucky: the manager gave you 10% off… Well for me: fire these 2 employees!!! Completly unacceptable!

  We usually come here but tonight was something else. In yhe time we were seated and placed our order, the empty table next to us was seated, served, finished their meal and paid before we had even been asked if we needed refills. 57 minutes before my partner went to find the server to ask where our meals were. The manager did not explain nor apologize, he simply took 10% off the bill for the inconvience. 7 minutes after that our meals started to arrive. Just a terrible experience in what is usually a great place to go to with the family.

  Shay served us when we came in, everything was amazing she recommended to try the beef and it was delicious. Everyone was working hard including management who also stopped by for a check!! Thanks Swiss chalet for a great night out
