The staff did not understand the customer requirements for the coupon promotion, and I ended up being charged for two sandwiches. What was even more upsetting was that the employee chased me through the food court asking me to pay extra for the additional 6" sandwich, even though she had originally told me it would only be $1.99 with the coupon. Very disappointing customer service. I will not be coming back again. I hope subway change their staff in Market mall otherwise they will loose many customers.
