  Very disappointing experience. The employee was rude and unprofessional, and he even added himself a tip without asking me first. That’s completely unacceptable. I noticed the extra charge later and felt disrespected as a customer. If you want this place to keep a good reputation, you should seriously pay attention to who you hire and supervise your staff better. I would not recommend this place after this experience.🤢🤢🤢

  Pretty disappointing experience. The employee making the sandwich seemed confused the whole time. I asked for spinach and got lettuce first, and there was a noticeable language barrier that slowed everything down, especially with a long line. But the real issue is the portions. I paid around $10 for a 12-inch sub and got less than five pickles on it. When I asked for more, they were literally being counted out instead of just adding a proper amount, which is honestly ridiculous. What makes this more frustrating is that I’ve been to this location before and other staff have had no problem giving a normal, generous amount of pickles. So this clearly isn’t a store standard…just inconsistent service. If you’re charging that much, don’t be stingy with basic toppings

  The service was fast, although the quality of the veggies was disappointing as they appeared to have been left out for some time. More concerningly, a staff member (guy with tattoos) made inappropriate, unnecessary comments about my order in a different language, assuming I wouldn't understand. I would encourage your team to be more mindful of their professionalism; making disparaging remarks in front of customers is never acceptable, regardless of the language used.

  Food is actually same as always in all the Subway but the customer service here is so good. There was this Indian Guy who was really polite and helpful. And served really well, even there was a huge line up in the back, he didn't rush me at all and did a great Job. Cheers !

  If you order extra sauce on the app, they will never give you extra. You have to be standing there watching and asking them before they will give you more. If you order on the app different subs with different sauces, you will get the same sauce on all subs in your order. I came before the lunch rush so they weren't even busy. Just workers who either don't care or not paying attention
