  I had ordered online through their app. Once I reached home and opened the subs, I saw that one entire sub didn’t have any sauce. I called the store and informed them of this. The first person that I spoke to said that they changed their policy and started putting the sauces on the bread prior to the veggies. I informed them that there weren’t any sauces on the bread either. Once I provided them with that information, they said that they would return my call. The return call came but there was no resolution. I told them the situation and they said that they could give me a sub. I informed them that I could not come and they said that the owner would call me and before I said anything, they ended the call. I have attached pictures and you can see that there is no sauce on the sub.

  The Server looks like does not want you to order. Told them put all the veges and she does not. Put so little for everything. Less sauce as well. The subs is so thin and salty. Not enough on what you paid for this location.

  Visited March 15, 2026 around 8:30 am to order subs for lunch. Was struggling with the coupon in the app and the friendly, helpful girl working suggested pulling up the QR to scan in store. We saw in store special for 2 classic footlong subs fir $8.99 each and went with that option - not realizing we had to order 2 specific kinds of subs! Our server quickly thought outside of the box, and used the coupon we had (buy FL get 6 inch for $1.99) and then charged us for an extra 6 inch sub. This brought our total down from the original total!

  Good location and good service. Reduced 2 star for putting less sauce even it was mentioned to put extra . It became dry.
