  I ordered a sub for pick-up for 7am so I could take to work for lunch for the work day. Since they opened at 6:30am I placed an order for pickup to save time when I got there. When I walked in the employee had no idea what I was talking about because they did not turn on the computer. There was still setting up the kitchen when I arrived. IF YOU OPEN AT 6:30 AM BE READY FOR Customers at 6:30 AM

  I ordered a burger and fries combo. When my order came out, there were two fries on the counter—one full and one with much less. The server gave me the one with less even though the fuller one was right there. Also, when I didn’t hear her clearly asking white or brown bread, she had an attitude repeating herself. As a tourist I’m not very familiar with the Guyanese accent yet. The food was very good, but the service could be more welcoming to visitors.

  Im a very regular customer and this location was unpredictably busy today. But the new faces to me. A girl and a young boy. They smiled at us and apologized for delays. Experience was fantastic. 😊

  This place cannot even manage three customers at the same time. The excuse given to us was that one person was new and that it was Saturday and the store was busy. Saturdays are supposed to be busy — that is completely normal. We also had a long and busy day at work and simply came to pick up some food. We waited patiently for about 30 -40 minutes just to get two subs, which is unacceptable. When I specifically asked for a little bit of mustard, the staff member put so much that the sub was practically inedible. Very rude service as well. The lady serving us was extremely unpleasant. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
