It felt like the store really cut corners on ingredients. If you’re unable to properly support promotional offers, it would be better not to run them at all. Drawing customers in with a deal but not delivering what was promised isn’t the right approach.

She works here and at the Beacon Hill location, and I’ll always come back just to have her make my food and chat for a bit. Truly an amazing soul

One Indian guy who was working in the store on 4th Apr 2026 at around 10 pm or so (only him working in the store when I went in to pick up my order) was so unprofessional who tried giving my order into my hands without a paper bag until asked. Not the first time experience with that guy. He does it all the time. One has to ask him for a bag. I live just a couple of blocks from the store, always but it from them as they are in my community of Evanston. But I have decided that will never visit this place again and look for another Subway store outside of the community for all my future orders who are professional, value my business and someone who is not cheap on saving on bags even after charging full price for the food. Also taste of the Sub at this location changes all the time depending on who is making it as there is no consistency in the taste. Will not recommend this place to any of my friends, family and relatives. Horrible!!!!!!
