Despite being the only one managing around 6 customers at the same time along with online orders, she handled everything calmly and quickly without compromising on service quality. Her positive attitude and dedication truly stood out. Employees like her make a big difference to customer experience. I would also advise that having at least two staff members, especially during busy times like weekends, would help maintain this level of excellent service consistently.
