From the moment I walked in, I noticed how well-maintained the entire shop was. The prep stations were spotless, the dining area was tidy, and you can tell the team takes real pride in keeping the environment sanitary and inviting. The staff members were the highlight of the visit—incredibly friendly, patient while I chose my toppings, and fast without making the experience feel rushed. My sandwich was assembled perfectly, not just tossed together. It’s rare to find a quick-service spot that hits both high standards of hygiene and great customer service. I’ll definitely be making this my go-to location!

The staff member preparing our food was touching everything around him while wearing gloves and then going straight back to making our sandwiches, which felt very unhygienic. On top of that, another customer who came in after us was served first, even though we were clearly ahead in line. It felt intentional and very unprofessional. This used to be our go to spot, but after this experience and the overall attitude, we won’t be coming back.
