  I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Pawan! She was very friendly, professional, and attentive while preparing my sandwich. He made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted and provided excellent customer service throughout my visit.

  I had a great experience at Subway today, and I especially want to appreciate Raman on his first day! He was very polite, friendly, and handled everything with such confidence and patience. Even though it was his first day, he made sure my order was perfect and served with a smile. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. Subway is lucky to have such a hardworking and kind employee. Wishing Raman all the best for his new journey—keep shining!

  Loved the service from the beautiful girl Aasmi. The lysine was top-notch, and the way she spoke and asked what the customer needed was fantastic. Never has a subway girl been so good at giving suggestions based on choices.

  I called more than 3 times at 3:56pm wanted to place an order, but someone answered and then hang up on me. That very annoying to me. I normally don't complain about things, but when they answer the phone say something not hang up on a customer.😡and That’s rude. i have work in a restaurant before for 4 years as a manager in my opinion customer service is number 1 priority. As well in my opinion they should hire people with educated experience not people that just want a job.

  I visited Subway (yesterday evening) and had a great experience thanks to young lady Aasmi. She was very polite, friendly, and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted. Even during a busy time, she stayed calm and handled customers with a smile. I would definitely come back again because of her excellent service. Thanks aasmi
