- CKChelsea KardashMay 4, 20261.0This is the worst Subway location I’ve been to. I went in yesterday around noon to grab lunch with a friend, and there was already a fairly long line. There were three staff working, but only one person was actually making sandwiches. The other two were focused on dishes, even during a rush, which really slowed everything down. A delivery driver and an online order customer both ended up waiting around 25 minutes for their orders because service was so backed up. The employee making sandwiches was also struggling with communication, which led to multiple incorrect orders and added to the delays. The overall service felt disorganized and frustrating. To make things worse, my friend asked for the new ghost pepper bread, and we were told none was available because they were too busy earlier in the day to prepare it. However, just minutes before that, more bread was put into the oven, so I feel like they could have added some then. Overall, it felt like poor management and lack of coordination across the board, especially during a busy lunch rush.
