I have never made a review at this location today but the experience I had today was God awful. I had a coupon for buy 2 get one free and made the mistake of telling the girl and her attitude changed. There was bare meet on the sandwich and she told me that to get the rest of the veggies I wanted that she didn’t put in the sandwich will cost extra money. I have never ever paid extra for veggie. Absolutely not okay and never coming back there again. Don’t waste your time coming to this location!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location today (around 3:50 p.m. to 4:35 p.m.). One of the employees (the Filipino lady working there) initially came across as polite when helping with my order, but her behavior quickly changed and became extremely unprofessional.
Throughout my time in the store, she was consistently rude and disrespectful toward her coworker (The Indian lady who was working during that time). She repeatedly raised her voice at her over small mistakes, saying things like “this is the 7th time I’ve told you,” and continued to speak to her in a demeaning tone in front of customers. It was uncomfortable to witness, especially since the coworker appeared to be new and handled everything quietly without responding negatively.
There were multiple incidents:
* She yelled at her coworker about something in the back.
* She became upset over online order receipts not printing instantly, instead of showing patience.
* She scolded her for taking bread from the wrong section while serving a customer.
* She also objected to her coworker speaking another language to someone she knew, even though it wasn’t disruptive.
The pattern was constant criticism and public embarrassment. No employee deserves to be treated that way, especially in front of customers.
I politely addressed this at the store, mentioning that it was inappropriate to speak to a coworker like that publicly. Instead of taking the feedback professionally, she dismissed me, said she didn’t need my opinion or my money, and brushed it off as “how things are handled” there.
Later, when I called to ask for her name, she responded rudely again, saying “it’s not your problem miss,” and hung up.
I want to highlight that the other employee (The Indian one) remained calm, respectful, and professional the entire time despite how she was being treated. She deserves recognition for her patience.
Management seriously needs to address this behavior. No workplace should allow employees to be treated like that, and customers should not have to witness it either.

I am regular doordasher and a customer of this store from last 2 consecutive years i had never experienced this much rush ever at the store i had to wait for 20 mins but i was shocked seeing customers and some other fellow doordashers attitude towards employees Girls were super busy trying to handle the instore customers with online orders but what made me feel bad was the way the lady started treating the girls yelling at them making them feel like its there fault girl. They had like nearly 12-14 receipts of online order more ringing and 4-5 customers standing in row girls were still trying to calm down and trying to give their best. It isnt there fault its totally on management to schedule more people in busy hours i did wait there and at end they very politely appreciated for waiting and also gave a free cookie as an appreciation. Keep doing good work girls you did a great job.

This is normally our go to Subway but we had a terrible experience. We sent in a mobile order 15mins prior to showing up. When we arrived, there was 5 people in the line and a courier waiting for an order. The courier finally stated he had been waiting for 30mins and the workers hadn’t started the order. When we finally inquired about our order, the worker found our mobile order but did not put it into the queue. After another 20mins, we finally stood in line with everyone and only then did the workers start our mobile order we placed 50mins prior. The question from this experience is what is the point placing a mobile order? It was busy probably because of the BOGO promotion, and clearly two employees handling a dinner rush with a promotion is an issue for management. But employees need to be trained to handle mobile and on site orders equally. When we asked to speak to a manager or have a manager contact us, we received unfriendly attitudes from the staff. It’s disappointing to have our regular Subway restaurant fail so badly but hopefully we will have contact with management and talk out the issues.
