  ★☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience at this location. The shawarma was packed carelessly, the wrap was left open, the filling was falling out, and the sauce leaked everywhere before I could even eat it. When I politely asked about the poor packaging, instead of apologizing or fixing it, both the employee and the manager became argumentative and defensive. Basic food packaging and respectful customer service shouldn’t be too much to expect. I’ve attached photos so others can see the condition for themselves. I won’t be returning to this location.

  We went in and waited for over 15 minutes because they were doing their online order. They were not clean and couple of times they put the pita bread on the counter without anything under it. They were very busy and I understand but the hygiene was awful. They were not clean while making or serving the food and because you could see it then it was hard when they used their hands (with gloves) for everything. They did not change anything while we waited to order or even after. I had a hard time thinking of eating the food. Sorry but will not recommend it just because of them using when handling the food.

  Once again, disappointed. I’ve been a loyal patron since 2009. Uber Eats order. I paid $2 for extra garlic sauce and $3 for extra sweet because your sauce distribution has been terrible over the past few years. I got less garlic than I would have in person and the sweet sauce barely covered the rice/meat. I paid $5 extra for something that just wasn’t there. Stop charging for it if you’re not going to provide it.

  First of all, the staff were very friendly. They immediately greeted us once you enter. I forgot to get his name, but one guy with braces was very friendly. We got 3 orders of Shawarma platter and the serving was so large compared to what we normally get in Osmows.

  I was a long time customer ; I came in at 12:55 before closing was admitted to the restuarant , but denied service. 8 other people were in the process of waiting for their food. The person who wouldn't serve me had a silly grin on his face saying they were all out of food. I looked at other members of the staff and they had a similar expression. I looked for an older person, because this was quite odd , they were cooking other people's sandwiches, and had not dressed them yet. There was nobody there I could call a mature adult. I don't understand why the persons made that effort in addition to denying service to add that little humiliation. I can't go back.
