  Boy! Is my family ever impressed with SaveOn foods. Two family members regularly get groceries delivered from SaveOn. Yesterday, my elderly mother got a call from Saveon that there has been a fire a the dairy and so no one would be getting any milk. My elderly mother was distressed because she relies on milk so much. When the delivery person arrived, he said "I was concerned about you when you said that you rely on the milk delivery, so I stopped at 7-11 and got a jug of milk for you." So, out of his own pocket he got her some milk - she was so flabbergasted she forgot to pay him for the milk, but she will call Saveon to make sure he is paid - but how many companies have such caring staff that they take personal caring actions for customers?!! Saveon is an amazing business!

  Jack up prices and then give you discount! Regular price items at Walmart is lower priced than your discount. Also, it’s ridiculous that the Produce Dept (the mature male) should be ashamed for allowing rotten black colour basil on the shelf and wanting full price!!! Basil is only one example. Go a little further to Walmart and buy a couple and you already make up that gas money by paying less there.

  Save On is awesome, great selection and very clean. Staff are friendly. Prices are high though.

  Front end staff, Jung, is fantastic. She is an old-school hard worker who makes using the self checkouts a much better experience. We really appreciate her friendliness and her dedication to good customer service. 👏👍

  What exactly are people "Saving on?" I phoned the store and spoke to a manager with details. Not sure what will come of it though. The current state of affordability is exactly why I am writing this review; to advise shoppers they can buy the exact samething for way cheaper. Pick a few items and drive to the nearest competitor and see for yourself. To the store manager: If you don't want to listen that's fine; I have no issue calling out your price gouging if it helps save families some money on their grocery bill.
