  Was my favorite until the bakery on 16st SW became sloppy in how they fill their cream desserts 🎂. If all the stores followed the same important delivery..... Please keep on trying and don't skip out on the Canadian products

  Yesterday afternoon, only two checkout lanes were open. One was empty, while the other had a lady buying a lot of items with two cashiers helping her, which was understandable, so we waited behind her. However, five minutes later, a male customer walked up to the checkout. One of the cashiers, a woman named Mimi, quickly rushed back to her own register. She completely ignored the fact that we had already been waiting in line for a long time, yet she couldn't even make this man wait for a single minute! She just went ahead and checked him out directly. I went to the customer service center to complain, but the employee there wouldn't even look up at me. She just kept cutting whatever she was working on and muttered coldly, "Do you want me to call the manager?" It got even worse: when we described the situation to the manager, those two customers who got the special treatment actually turned around and vilified me!The entire customer service department in this supermarket lacks basic training. Their staff have zero service awareness. The cashier, Mimi, didn't even realize how wrong it was to skip us and serve customers who arrived after us. Shopping at this store was a thoroughly humiliating experience. In conclusion, I am deeply concerned that Mimi's behavior toward us was influenced by our Asian heritage. We noticed a stark contrast in her service: she can left her own cash register to eagerly assist a white female customer at another lane，and later，she immediately prioritized a white male customer. While I hesitate to label this as blatant racism, there is no denying that we were subjected to differential treatment.

  I’ve been coming to this Save-On-Foods in the mornings to grab a sandwich before work, and lately the sandwich section has been almost completely empty. there are very few options available, and some days there are none of the sandwiches I’m looking for. It’s frustrating when customers rely on these ready-made meals and can’t count on them being stocked. I hope management can improve inventory and restocking in the mornings.

  The majority of the staff is very good there but I am constantly told to use the flipp app. I have never had a problem before with the price match but this morning I went in and I was buying cat food and the woman at the self checkout said I could only buy four cans when I had five at the competitor's price. When I showed her the comparable price, she told me that they do not accept an online price. Either you accept a price match or you don't, and I have never been told that you're only allowed a certain amount of a purchase. Extremely disappointed, and as far as I'm concerned, it's false advertising. I'll definitely think twice before going in there to purchase anything or telling anybody to go purchase anything there again.

  Everyone is super friendly and they have the BEST tuna sandwich in town. Prices are average but better on Tuesday
