  Hey folks, I’ve been ordering from Papa Johns for a while now, and I really like your pizza — it honestly tastes like homemade pizza. Yesterday I ordered the XL New York Style “The Meats” pizza and a Medium Garden Fresh pizza. The quality and taste were great as expected, but I noticed that some of the meat on the pizza was actually raw and not fully cooked at all (picture included). At one point my son even said, “I can’t eat it.” When I came to pick up the order, the store was extremely busy. I overheard one of the staff members saying something like, “Who stickered this wrong? Why can’t you straighten it?” Someone who came after me was served first, which is understandable because you guys were clearly overwhelmed. The same staff member later noticed me, asked for my name, and handed me the order. My only suggestion — especially for management, not the staff — is that if the location is getting this busy, maybe consider increasing staffing levels. If the goal is to save on labour, please don’t do it at the expense of the staff or customer experience. Overworked employees can easily get mixed up during heavy rushes, and mistakes like undercooked food can happen. I genuinely like your pizza and will continue ordering, but I’m hoping for a properly well-done pizza next time as requested. All the best.

  The fella working noticed me and my boy waiting in the car for our pizza .. he brought the order out to our car! Love it! 10/10

  Here is a sharper, more direct version with no long dashes: ★☆☆☆☆ Very poor experience. An offer that was mailed to me and clearly stated as valid until March 2026 was not honoured. The phone ordering experience was unpleasant. The person taking the order was rushed and dismissive. The online takeout ordering system also did not work, leaving no smooth way to place an order. The food itself was mediocre and no better than any other generic franchise pizza. Between misleading promotions, bad service, and average food, I would not recommend this location.

  I just ordered a Super Hawaiian pizza and guess what ?! They forgot to add pineapple. How is it even possible?! This is the key ingredient in this pizza. OMG 😱

  I usually order from this Papa John’s about once a week, but my order this Friday evening was very disappointing. I spent over $30 on a medium cheese pizza, garlic parmesan breadsticks, and boneless buffalo wings. The pizza barely had any sauce, the breadsticks were dry, cold, and had no garlic flavor at all, and the boneless wings were cold with unpleasant breading and barely any buffalo sauce. This was not the quality I’m used to from this location, and it was a letdown, especially for a Friday night order. Service sucked! I believe management was shouting and being very rude to one of the delivery drivers as well. Think I’ll be taking a break from this establishment. Not a Good Friday night for them, nor myself!
