  Disappointing experience overall. The pizza was dry and I had to return one. It took 24 hours to receive a call back from the manager. While I appreciated the refund and complimentary pizza, redeeming it was also frustrating as a 20-minute wait turned into 45 minutes. Food quality, response times, and staffing could be improved.

  The manager is very friendly at this location. always goes out of his way to help. Always offers free stuff. I love their walk in special deal it’s my go too and we always only get cheese since my kids love the cheese at papa Johns. The deals are displayed and are easy to read and ask for. Staff is very helpful. Amazing staff amazing food and amazing location. Truly attentive to their customers. RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION 10/10

  Very disappointed with the customer service at this Papa John’s location. My husband ordered a small pizza and wings and specifically asked the employee if there were any specials available. He was told there were none, so he proceeded to pay over $35 for his order. When he returned to pick up the food, he noticed a large poster advertising a medium pizza and wings combo for around $20. Naturally, he went back inside to ask why this special wasn’t mentioned to him. Instead of trying to help or offering any kind of customer service, the manager responded with attitude, saying, “Well, you didn’t order that,” and refused to make it right in any way. As someone with experience in the restaurant industry, I understand food costs and customer service standards. It would have cost the restaurant very little to honor the advertised deal, especially considering he specifically asked about specials before ordering. The issue wasn’t the money — it was the poor attitude and complete lack of care for the customer experience. Mistakes happen, but how management handles them says everything. Unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression, and we will not be returning.

  Order was wrong, was given the wrong wings. Manager was not professional or polite. I was charged $36 for small pizza and 8 wings, add on the door says $26 for medium pizza and wings. They think that is an acceptable way to do business. I do not.
