I don’t know the name of the employee but this person really needs to work on his attitude. He was working in the kitchen and helping us on the reception during our visit he is wearing cap on head . He was not friendly, impatient and gave the impression that he didn’t wanna be there. His customer service was disappointing and made the experience unpleasant. He is showing the attitude i ask him to keep your volume down , he is having soo bad attitude and didn't know how to speak to customers. Moreover if customers speaks in Punjabi and your employees also speaking when situation goes worse he start speaking english . Speaking english doesn't make him well behaved or good person , his face expressions shows the person he is . I will not visit this store again because of the negative vibe and unpleasant experience. Please don't make people outing with family worse with that type of behaviour , families just one or two outing in a month and people like him spoil it

Placed order through Uber Eats at 8:01pm, received order ice cold, sticker on box states 6:55 pm as order time. I was delivered hour old pizza. Uber Eats blames Papa Johns, staff at Papa Johns suggest I defraud Uber Eats to get refund, and come pick up fresh made pizza as a solution, which I could not do hence the Uber Eats in the first place. Called several times to speak to manager, staff have no idea when someone in charge will show up to work.

Honestly, one of the worst pizza experiences I’ve had. The quality was very disappointing, and the food was not worth the money at all. I’m not trying to disrespect anyone, but customers work hard for their money and deserve better quality….. Unfortunately, I will never order from here again, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend it to others.

Super slow. Store told me to go with delivery and not pickup. reason given delivery orders are made first and then pickup. On the other note doesn’t speak proper English and says that he is the only person working and store is super busy. Clearly bad management and never ordering from here again.
