  Dear Manager, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I have ordered from your restaurant many times, but this experience was unacceptable. The employee named *Mike* (could be fake name) was very rude and impatient over the phone. He kept talking over me, was in a hurry, and wasn't willing to listen to what I was saying. As a loyal customer, I expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I hope you address this behavior because it is not customer-friendly and does not reflect the level of service returning customers deserve.   My sister attempted to redeem Papa Johns rewards points that she had legitimately earned through the company’s loyalty program. Before staff would release the order, she was required to speak with a manager over the phone and was subjected to what felt like an interrogation regarding her account activity. She was asked where she obtained her points, why she was choosing to redeem them at this specific location, and was informed that the store had reviewed and tracked her account and previous order history to verify her eligibility. This level of scrutiny was completely disproportionate to a routine rewards redemption and felt invasive, intimidating, and highly unprofessional. The manager then advised her that in the future she should redeem points only at locations where they were earned, despite the rewards program not communicating such a restriction. Customers should not be treated with suspicion for using benefits they have legitimately earned. The entire experience was uncomfortable, unnecessary, and raised concerns about both customer service practices and the handling of customer account information.

  This is based on my mobile online experience. Frustrating to use, poor registration with the buttons, 50/50 at best. After finally completing my order, adding a promo code prompted me to start over and endure this barely functional experience one more time. Won't do it again.

  I had such amazing experience with this restaurent. Speacially one girl "GINNI" is so helpful, friendly, professional. She serve good food with big heart. Never seen this in any reastaurent. Appreciated.
