It's definitely about the service. The staff is great and friendly. I am always greeted with a smile.

Not so bad. The pizzas are lovely, though I usually get the meats.

Placed an order on the app. Reached the store once I got confirmation email that my order was ready. They didn’t even start preparing. I had to wait another 15 min for my order. Also got wrong dipping. For the Garlic knots they didn’t even put enough sauce on top which I usually get. The new staff doesn’t know how to prepare food

the place used to be great back before at least a couple months ago. I don't know what happened to the workers, but there's new workers now and I don't know anybody there. And they don't seem to know me, they used to know my order. They used to be great with their Service Now. It's so different, and I don't understand what's going on. I don't even get the Pizza the way I like it. Anymore, I still tip them and I still feel like I have to always wonder why my Pizza is so different. And why the place is just not the same anymore my order was done wrong. The guy didn't listen to what I wanted and charged me for the dips. When they were supposed to be for free? And I paid forty dollars for pizza and a pop i called to tell them that I didn't get the right size Pizza. That I ordered, and the guy says that it was an extra large, and I'm looking at my Pizza. That's not normal. I come here a lot. And I know my size that I order. I order the same thing every time I come. I completely did not enjoy my pizza. I did not enjoy the way. I was being spoken to and I feel completely ripped off even the pizza, it doesn't feel fresh like it's been sitting there for a while. He told me to come in twenty minutes. I showed up in twenty minutes like, here's a picture you could tell. It's been sitting there for a while. Being kept warm. I'm not coming back to a place that serves me food. That isn't fresh food. That isn't what I ordered rude service and overprice, for something that is not worth the quality or what I asked for although I do gotta give props to the cook from the last time I ordered. She did an amazing job. It was a lady working there as a cook. She deserves recognition for the effort. She puts in cause she makes awesome pizzas and she did that order on august 18 2026 compliments to her
