- KEKathryn EaglesJul 3, 20261.0I was disappointed by my delivery experience today. We paid for our order, including the $4.99 delivery fee, online before the driver arrived. When he came to the door, he asked whether we had already paid. After we confirmed that we had, he said, "I drove 7 km here and I have to drive 7 km back, and I don't think that no tip is fair." (An assumption he made, as he wasn't sure if we had paid or not when he arrived.) He then continued standing at our door until we added a cash tip. I understand that tips are appreciated, but they should always be voluntary. Being pressured to tip after already paying the delivery fee was uncomfortable and inappropriate. It felt like we were being pressured into paying more in order to receive food we had already purchased. I hope Papa John's addresses this with the driver, as no customer should feel pressured or uncomfortable at their own front door. We will not be ordering from Papa Johns again.

I wouldn't recommend this Papa Johns to another human being (friend or foe) on the face of this earth!! This store snatched the money right out of my hands this time, but there won't be a next time!! -- EVER!!!! --------- Let my testimony be a warning to others.
