- JCJeff the ChefMay 21, 20261.0As a delivery driver we dont get paid enough to wait 15 to 20 minutes everytime i came to this locationthe order is never ready everytime icome to this location the excuse is that i am too early every single time they never have the order ready and always make me wait over 15 minutes for an order we dont get paid more than 6$ per order for us to spend time driving to your pizza shop and waiting for 15to20 minutes and on top of that we have to use ourcar timeand gas to deliver to the customer if your store is unable to fulfill orders on time than i sugest increasing the prep time on your uber app so that way we dont come early like your employee says that i am early everytime instaed of apologizing for making me wait for so long every single order i have picked up from the location i have had the same issue everytime ....

Since it’s the only Papa John’s within about a 10 km radius that stays open past 1 AM, I assumed they were just busy and decided to drive there in person to order. When I arrived, the store was completely dead with no customers or orders being made. The employee working was sitting in the corner talking on her personal phone. I asked if the store phone was working, and she said yes, so I immediately called the store while standing there, and the phone was clearly ringing with no attempt to answer it. Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time and gas.
