- ISinna shAug 20, 20261.0I called the restaurant and explained that my order was delivered incorrectly. The employees started yelling at me on the phone and said that the driver told them my name, so they gave him the order. My name is Inna, but the order I received was under the name Ilya. I paid approximately $55 for my order, but I received someone else’s order worth only about $21. The employees were extremely rude, kept yelling at me, and then simply hung up on me. They also tried to shift all responsibility to Uber, even though the employee himself admitted that the order was given to the driver by mistake. I paid for a specific order and did not receive what I paid for. I would like a full refund for the incorrect delivery.
