I told her ok then i will ask another branch but what type of meat is the pepperoni she said i dont know then she said mmmm its pork and she hanged up! Such a customer service! I dont recommend this papajones location ever
- KKKAug 13, 20261.0When we picked up our pizza we asked the worker for extra pepperoncini peppers (the spicy peppers in each papa John’s box), and was very rudely told “no”. Mind you, we have asked almost each time we’ve picked up a papa John’s pizza and have NEVER had an issue. Now the staff saying “no” was one thing but the bigger slap to the face was getting home and seeing the PINKY NAIL sized pepperoncini pepper we were given.. not sure if you can even see it in the photo without glasses, but it’s there. Pretty sure this was the last pepper in the bucket. So glad the 4 people eating this pizza could eat share one lick of the pepper. What’s even the point of adding this peppers if they aren’t for the enjoyment of all eating the pizza?? When we talked with the manager she said if they are small they typically give more than one. Well I guess that concept was lost on this employee. She didn’t even offer to give us more with an extra charge. It was just NO. The employee acted like those damn peppers were coming out of her paycheques. And management’s only solution was telling us we could drive back and she would give us more peppers, as if we weren’t already back at home.. not a solution if you ask me. Turned us off of this place. Won’t be back. Customer service is part of the enjoyment and this ruined it.
