  We ordered a Garden Pizza yesterday and were unfortunately disappointed with our experience. The pizza arrived cold, which affected the overall quality and enjoyment of the meal. We also felt that the amount of toppings, particularly the olives, was quite limited. Additionally, the cheese seemed sparse and did not feel proportionate to the price we paid. Overall, we did not find the quantity of toppings to be satisfactory. We have enjoyed pizza from here before and hope this feedback can help improve consistency and value for customers in the future.

  I really want to love this location, but the service is incredibly slow. Honestly, it feels like a leadership issue. The owner might want to look into replacing the current management team to properly support the staff and get this branch back on track. It’s also discouraging to see generic, copy-paste replies from the owner here in the comments. I hope the owner actually reads these and brings in a new manager/team who cares about the customers.

  Had a coupon sent to our house. Thought I’d give it try. Good deal, good pizza, simple and easy online ordering system. Went and picked up myself, service was quick and friendly. Great experience, definitely will order again.

  I ordered 2 large pizzas today from Papa John’s Seton, and I want to make a serious complaint about today’s service. I have been ordering from Papa John’s for several years, both delivery and pickup, and until today, I have never had any problems. But today’s experience was very disappointing and frustrating. I placed the order from a new device, and during checkout, I forgot to add a tip. I am worried this may have affected the delivery driver’s attitude. The delivery took a very long time, and when the pizzas arrived, the driver was very rude. Also, the sticker seals on both pizza boxes were broken, and it looked like the boxes had been opened before delivery. After seeing the broken seals, I was afraid to give the pizzas to my children because I could not trust that the food was safe. I had to order new pizzas from Domino’s instead. It is unacceptable if the missing tip caused the driver to act this way or open the pizza boxes. This was very upsetting. Update: the owner responded to my review by asking to leave the customer feedback on their website. I did right before I wrote this review, and haven't heard anything from them.
