However, I can't understand how anyone would serve a pizza that was both cold and overcooked. I called and asked if they could remake it, but my request was immediately rejected. The pizza was so bad that I ended up throwing out the entire large pizza. The food and service were equally disappointing. I won't be returning.

She was pretending that doesn't hear and ignore the costumers. Moreover, the lack of hygiene and personal protective equipment (such gloves and hair cover) was a big concern. I can't believe that I wasted my time and money in such places.
