- SWShop. WithMeMay 5, 20261.0I was so excited for Cinco de Mayo today so I decided to get a steal of a deal burrito at Mucho near my work. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the level of service. I pre-ordered my burrito online and asked to have sauce on the side (as highlighted on my receipt). The Mucho Burrito website allows you to make notes or special requests......but upon pickup, the lady at the counter didn't include my sauce and when I pointed out that I ordered sauce on the side, she told me "sauce is very expensive." I was shocked - I checked my receipt again and the sauce was part of my order! Frustrated, I asked her again for some sauce and she proceeded to give me some salsa and sour cream in a cup and told me she "would only do it this one time." Very disappointing experience and unless I'm desperate, I most likely won't return to this location again.

Toppings were generous and the food was very fresh. Huge portion! Lives up to it's name. Be sure to get extra napkins!
