  On July 10 around 4pm my wife and I went to this location. We wanted to redeem or free items from the mucho app. Both were just Mercado fries and her birthday free items of churro fries. The lady at the counter greeted us didn’t give us her name. But insisted that we had to make the order online to have it apply. Even though we have gotten free items from this location before, as well there was no mention of needing to redeem our free items only through online orders. After they Her attitude towards us changed, acting way more annoyed and irritated to make the two items for free. she went into the back to grab the food to put in the fryer , and came out with it just gripping it in her hands which was odd, and we had found it weird to then be asked what size of fries does it say we get for free, shouldn’t this already have been common knowledge for employees to know about their promotions. She ended up giving us the smallest amount of over cooked fries and 5 churro fries with no cinnamon sugar, no frosting glaze just drenched with chocolate sauce. All the chairs and decor are outdated and have holes/cracks in the leather making it feel dirty. All and all very disappointed and won’t be back again.

  I had an amazing experience at Mucho Burrito! Even though it was a very busy location, the service was outstanding. Sherry was friendly, patient, and professional while handling a rush of customers. She made sure my order was accurate and served with a smile, which really stood out. The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared quickly despite how busy it was. It’s great to see a team that maintains such high quality under pressure. Thank you, Sherry, for the excellent customer service—I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this Mucho Burrito location to others!

  I don’t have much to say other than this was the worst service I have ever had. The lady working July 10th at 4pm was awful she had such attitude when we asked about using our free reward. She lied to us saying that it could only be used online which was false as that is stated no where and we have been to others in the city which allowed us to. The fries were disgusting and hard the churro fries had no cinnamon and overcooked, I will never go back the food is nasty the tables and chairs all have holes in them. They charge so much for poor service. I suggest getting someone who actually wants to work there. This is worst location in the city.

  We came in during the last hour before closing, and even though Rashit was the only employee working and had a lot of delivery orders to handle, he still provided outstanding service. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had a great experience despite being so busy. Rashit has amazing customer service and was genuinely kind throughout our visit. We really appreciated his hard work and positive attitude. Thank you, Rashit! Employees like Rashit are the reason we’ll definitely be coming back. He deserves recognition for the excellent service he provides!
