  Today I visited mucho burrito around 9 pm the staff girl was so soft spoken her name was upinder I guess there was two ladies in front of me and they were from another nation and have difficulty to speak English but she handled at with so much patience. I ordered a chicken bowl and she made it with patience it was really delicious I would visit them again

  I would like to appreciate the amazing staff at Mucho Burrito for truly making my day! ❤️ On July 13 and 14, I visited the restaurant for the first time. It was very busy, and I had no idea how to place my order. The staff were incredibly patient, kind, and professional. Since I’m allergic to lactose, they took the time to explain the vegan options and made sure my order was prepared correctly. Their friendliness, care, and excellent customer service made my experience so enjoyable. Thank you for going above and beyond—I really appreciate your kindness and professionalism. Keep up the great work! ❤️

  I visited this airport mucho burrito today (July 14) between approximately 1:50 and 2:00 p.m. My experience was very disappointing. The first employee was on call at her phone while wearing gloves and she put the phone down and then going to handle my food without changing them. I politely asked if she could change her gloves for food safety, but instead she started arguing refused to serve me. Another employee then took over my order. I ordered a regular burrito, but the portions were much smaller than expected. Since you were out of brown rice, I asked if she could add white rice instead to make up the difference. I also politely requested a little extra sauce, but she responded with an unfriendly attitude and made me feel unwelcome. The restaurant was not busy at the time, so I don’t understand why I was treated this way. The overall customer service was rude and unprofessional. I hope the store owner or manager will look into this situation and speak with the staff. If employees no longer want to provide respectful customer service, they should reconsider whether this job is right for them. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism.
