  The indian lady was very rude to me. I just asked some a couple of questions, but she answered halfheartedly. Not everyone is familiar to Mexican food. I had better choose different shop.

  I ordered a mucho fries and this is what I got. This order is about $8 for just the fries. I want to order another one and the lady was giving me attitude saying she only fried one order. Don't work here if this is so hard for you. You looked tired and should go home. Very very bad service! Won't go there again.

  I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the team at Mucho Burrito in the pre-security area of YYC, especially Komal, Upinder, and Noor. I’ve been stuck at the airport for the past four days because of flight cancellations, and honestly, this has been the only place my friends I have eaten. They’re strictly vegetarian, and I have food restrictions as well, so finding something that worked for both of us wasn’t always easy. Komal, Upinder, and Noor were incredibly helpful every time we came in. They took the time to answer our questions, explain the menu, and recommend options that fit our dietary needs. Their recommendations were always spot on, the food was amazing every single time, and the customer service was honestly some of the best I’ve experienced. They were always friendly, welcoming, and made us feel like valued customers, even when they were busy. Being stranded at the airport for several days has been stressful, but seeing their positive attitudes every day genuinely made the experience a lot better. Thank you, Komal, Upinder, and Noor—you guys are amazing, and Mucho Burrito is lucky to have you!
