Not sure what her name was but someone who attended me on 18th Apr 2026 at around 10:30 pm or so (she was the only one person working in the store at that hour). Totally unhelpful and unprofessional. Completely unacceptable service. Least interested in accommodating any requests and not willing to even listen to any in the first place and straight NO's to anything and everything. Not sure how can the owner of this store even hire someone like her with such zero customer service skills who is least interested in the business nor customers. Not my first experience with this one person and also others in this store. Its a long story to write in a review but the icing on the cake is the store owner is training his/her staff to save on even paper bags and asking them to give away food to customers without any bags until they ask for one for an order with one burrito bowl and burrito wrap (Size: Mucho), So cheap when charging the full price for the order. Will not go to such cheap and poorly maintained places in future and will make sure not recommend this store to any of my friends, family and relatives. I deserve much better for my money and someone who values my business within and around the community.
