- DBDilpreet Brar1 day ago1.0Dear Owner, I recently visited your Mucho Burrito location, and I noticed that the air conditioning wasn’t running. It was extremely hot inside the restaurant, making it uncomfortable not only for customers but, more importantly, for your employees. I genuinely felt sorry for the staff who were working hard in such difficult conditions. Preparing food and serving customers in that level of heat must be exhausting. While customers can leave after a few minutes, your employees have to spend entire shifts there. I kindly request that you please turn on the air conditioning, or ensure the cooling system is working properly, at least for the well-being of your staff. Providing a comfortable and safe working environment is important, and it also creates a better experience for customers. Thank you for taking the time to read my message. I hope you’ll consider addressing this issue as soon as possible.

I asked the lady working why it was so hot in the restaurant and she said that the a/c wasn’t working. Which is super unfortunate, because she looked uncomfortable as well. Yet she still gave us amazing service!
