- MBMichael BlumMay 1, 20263.0Mucho burrito has a good chain fast food mentality. However, since every store is independent, the quality of the restaurant can vary. This one in particular had only one functioning bathroom of which it was the employees bathroom that you had to use, and it was very unclean. Went in there first thing for the day and it was not cleaned. The floors were dirty as well as some of the tables. The windows of the building look like they haven’t been washed for a very long time and the curbside appeal is unattractive. More attention to the space outside and inside will benefit the store overall. I hope that these owners look after these issues and take pride and professionalism in both the ambience and the food that they prepare.
- TMTyler MckinnonMar 23, 20261.0When I went in I had ordered a burrito..the ground beef looked like it was 3-4 days old, like it was almost burnt, they didn't put a full scoop on it, veggies did not look appetizing, everything looked like it was mushy, and the worst thing was the sour cream, it was soo watery, like watered down not thick like sour cream is suppose to be.. it was some lady that served me, she wasn't very friendly at all.. I really don't see me coming back there again..bad experience

AMAZING service very friendly.. i have never had such great service from someone as cheery as she was.. I think, as my own personally thinking.. she deserves a promotion or a raise or hey even better...a manager...
