  There was only one rude Indian Lady who seemed in a hurry to get back to her cell phone . Food was extremely dry and seemed old not fresh at all . I do not know who is training these people but I know they teach you good manners and to keep everything looking fresh and clean . Worst place I've ever been ! If you're not busy I don't understand why not treat your only customers with gratitude and patience. To the owner , please speak to your employees don't just read and reply to reviews. Cause this might cause losses in the future ! Make them report with up to date pictures of the establishment to make sure you know what your customers see . Lettuce was old , white cilantro lime looked like its been there for a couple days , brown rice was dried ( even the spoon had dried rice stacked on) i asked her to please wipe it so I would not get it on my food . She grabbed the rice on top with hand and put it aside. Food should be covered so it doesn't dried up , which it wasn't!

  Had a great experience at Mucho Burrito. The customer service was excellent, and Niki was especially polite, friendly, and welcoming. The food was fresh, tasty, and prepared perfectly. You can really tell they care about both quality and customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  My most disappointing experience at mucho burrito. Not only was the employee working very unfriendly and outright rude, my rice was crunchy, underrcooked. I asked for avocado lime dressing and she pulled something out id never seen before and i told her sorry i want the avocado lime cream dressing and she insisted it was that. Definitely did not taste like avocado or lime and wrecked the flavour of the burrito. Not to mention the food area was filthy and the glass and counters looked like they hadnt been wiped in a week.
