I was just at this Mr Sub. And I was telling the woman what I wanted on my sub. I never told her to put BBQ sauce on my sub. I said extra sub sauce and she kept telling me I told her BBQ sauce which I didnt. You guys need to hire workers that actually listen and understand the customer. We are telling them what we want on our sub. And they will not listen. Hire new staff.

Tried twice to get food from here. The door chime worked, but nobody bothered to come out of the back to see why it worked.

Employees look the door 15-min prior to closing. Friday hours is supposed to be at 8pm closing time, yet the employees locked the door at 7:45pm. Oh well, went to Subway up the street instead as they are open until 10pm.
