  Visited McDonald's and went for a simple order of McNuggets. They were exactly what you expect—crispy, hot, and consistent. The fries were decent too, and everything came out quickly, so no complaints on speed or accuracy. Overall food quality is standard McDonald’s: reliable, nothing amazing, but it hits the spot when you want something quick and familiar. The main downside is the atmosphere, especially later in the day. It can feel a bit sketchy at night, which makes it less comfortable for a relaxed sit-in experience. So overall, a 3/5—fine for a quick bite like McNuggets, but not somewhere I’d linger, especially after dark.

  Save yourself the time and go to the McDonalds on 4th st just up the road, trust me you’ll spend less time WALKING to a different location than you’ll spend waiting for this one to fill a simple coffee order. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had which is a statement for a crappy fast food restaurant that you go into already expecting crap. Through the drive-thru we ordered a coffee & two jr chickens w/ fries, arguably the easiest & quickest items on the menu, so tell me why we were sat at BOTH windows for over 10mins each with zero communication from staff as to what exactly we were waiting for? And to top it all off they got our order wrong, the fries we received were hard, stale, unsalted and inedible and when we asked for the receipt it took an extra 5mins just to get one to us, again with no communication that there would be a wait or anything. By the time we finally got our order and the receipt we were so over it we just left upset. Do not go to this McDonald’s go to literally any other one in the city, the employees here are the slowest workers & most inconsiderate employees I’ve ever encountered and make the worst food. Idek how you can mess up food that comes frozen. 0/10 will never go here again would not recommend to my worst enemy.

  I ordered from your restaurant through Uber Eats around 8:45 PM on Saturday, and I was disappointed with the quality and packaging of the order. The drink cups were filled almost entirely with ice, leaving very little actual drink. The fries tasted stale and were cold, even though the delivery distance was not far. I ordered 3 Junior Chicken combos and 1 Chicken Nuggets combo. The food was packed very poorly — all the food was stuffed into a very small bag, while the drinks were placed in an unnecessarily large bag. Overall, the order did not meet expectations. I would appreciate it if management could look into this and improve the food quality and packaging process for future orders.

  I placed an order on the McDonald's app to save time, but even that takes a long time to prepare my order. The worse part about this experience is that one of my drinks was flat. I ordered an iced tea and it was almost just plain iced water. This has happened multiple times and they still haven't improved their service.

  There night crew it’s always constantly slow and ignore customers at the window and they lock the doors. I stood there for 30 minutes before someone finally asked me if I needed help and their night crew just does not seem like they are they know what they’re doing the morning crew in the arms is amazing. I love them. They are super nice and they always have my food quick and ready hot and ready. They’re amazing to me. Never had a problem with the morning crew but the night crew and the closers are terrible.
