After waiting around 10 minutes, we were handed double doubles instead of regular coffees. When we pointed it out, they changed them, but there was no apology or customer service at all. We finally left at 8:34 AM — 15 minutes spent in the drive-thru just for coffees. Mistakes happen, but better service and basic courtesy would have been appreciated.

She tried explaining the situation to the employees but couldn't explain. She recieved the food for second order and came home. She hadn't mentioned anything to me. After sometime, I received the notification for a payment more than the order She had a receipt with her. It bothered me. I checked with her but she didn't say anything. In the evening, we went to the restaurant, explained the situation to an employee named Yash. He patiently listened to me, checked his back office system right away and refunded me for the first order which my daughter hadn't got receipt for but it was paid. Thank you so much Yash. We appreciate your support.
