  Decided to give them one last chance, I ordered through Uber eats. Possibly by picking from a machine rather than in person or through a drive through speaker they might make my order right. When asking for extra chocolate syrup for the mocha it seems they thought I meant don't put any syrup in at all and just have a regular weak espresso in a large cup. It's not a hard job to read.

  I have gone to McDonald's thousands of times. But this visit, I was absolutely blown away by AbdulKarim. He went above and beyond with all the customers and it was literally "service with a smile" which doesn't exist anymore. The BEST customer service I have ever had! The guys with the bad reviews need to go when this guy is working.

  Took over 15 minutes for my order just to tell me they didn’t have an item I already paid for, thankfully i was compensated with another item but the workers there seem very immature and out of order, there’s lots of yelling and talking and not as much working.

  very bad service, the order was sitting ready on the shelf, but I was not given it. I waited for 20 minutes. They did not answer my questions, ignored me. Pretending that all the employees were very busy, they served other customers who came much later than me and gave them their orders. As a result, after more than 20 minutes of waiting, I received my order cold. When I asked why they did not give it to me earlier, they said that I did not approach them
