  Horrible service especially in the drive through.. nobody was at the speaker so we pulled up to the window and nobody was there either. we figured we would leave, however the food for the person on front was taking FOREVER. dont waste your time its called fast food not slow food 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

  I ordered in the evening and was supposed to pick up Black Drive-Thru. I waited about 10 minutes for my order near the pickup window, and they didn't give me one of the items I'd paid for! The food tasted terrible this time, and the drink tasted like soap.

  Today was about the 10th time my order has been wrong here. The waits seem pretty long for a McDonalds. Don't know why every store does this now but they always clear the orders to probably make their times look better to corperate. Will never go back here.

  Found hair in my food, couldn’t get inside bathroom, staff didn’t bring food to our table, no point in having those numbers and making me type it into the kiosk just for the staff to ignore the expectations set. Seats aren’t comfy at all. It’s not my fault that because homeless people abuse the seating and bathroom area I have to suffer. If we’re paying restaurant prices I expect a good experience. Was also just informed the women’s bathroom was disgusting and had no toilet paper. At least my fries were hot.
