Always mixing up our orders, sauces missing, getting random food items we didn't order instead of the the ones we have ordered.
Absolutely terrible experience at this location.
I was picking up a DoorDash order, and the bag was literally sitting right in front of me the entire time. The issue? The receipt was facing the other way, so I couldn’t confirm the number myself. I politely asked staff multiple times to check if it was my order, but instead of helping, I was told to “wait my turn” while they ignored a simple 2-second task.
I ended up waiting 15–20 minutes for an order that was already ready the whole time. Completely unnecessary delay. One staff member (a woman) finally stepped in, checked the bag, and — surprise — it was my order all along.
This isn’t about being busy — it’s about basic awareness and respect for people’s time. If an order is ready and sitting there, it shouldn’t take 20 minutes and multiple requests to hand it over.
Very disappointing service.
More and more items that were freely able to grab are now behind the counter, can’t even blow my nose without asking a staff member for a napkin, what a joke. I wonder when the ketchup and drink machines are going to be taken away

Worst service ever. So rude. Basically told us to get moving they have other customers to serve and I wasn’t even done ordering.
This location is usually great when I go and serves good hot food! The only problem I have had is last time I went and ordered just a chocolate milk shake in the drive-thru. I usually love a triple thick milkshake and had been looking forward to this treat. Unfortunately, when I received it, it had the consistency of chocolate milk and was very runny. I was sad to miss out on the thickness I had come to expect.
